Beef Wellington – Recipe


Tonight’s dinner: Beef Hastings (it can’t be Wellington: we live in Hastings!) 😉 
I used swiss brown mushrooms instead of pate FYI..

Served with roast spuds, steamed cauli, brocolli and julienne carrots .. all dredged in a decent amt of butter of course 😉

And apparently quite tasty ..

(Blech) 😉
