Juice – Recipe

This is one of those drinks where you feel healthy while you MAKE it let alone when ya drink it 😉

2 peeled carrots
1 apple (I use granny smith – i.e. sort of sour)
1 inch of fresh ginger (peeled)
1 lemon (skin on)

Stuff everything into a juicer. Blitz.. Drink immediately ..
Without worrying about who will clean the damn machine!

And tell me ya don’t feel smugly healthy when you imbibe this one..
