Fave snack – Recipe


Take 2 slices of your fave grainy bread (in my case: Vogels!) – toast.

Slice one gorgeously ripe tomato.

Slather toasted bread generously with pesto and layer on tomato slices..

Drizzle with olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a sprinkling of salt.

Scoff!

Oh and put 2 more slices of bread down in the toaster, cos 2 will not be enough 😉
