How to make tofu ‘yummy’ – Recipe

OK maybe not really yummy but moreso “edible”? hahah .. Heck I am a vegetarian and have been for 100 or so years and I think it’s vile stuff .. no wonder meat eaters try it and go “HUH?” as they run back to their scotch fillet steak!!

Grab a normal sized (250g?) packet of your fave (snort) tofu.

Rinse it and cut into 1cm cubes.

Chuck it in a ziploc / sealable plastic bag.

Add the following:

1tsp garlic (the plain old jar of crushed garlic etc here, I mean – aka the holy trinity – look it up!)

1tsp ginger

1 tsp chilli paste

1 tablespoon of any old oil you like.. I use rice bran in this instance.

Seal the bag, moosh it all about. Chuck in the fridge. For at least 24 hours, but it can go weeks in this marination state!

Add to a stirfry and repeat after me:
