Venison Stew – Not a recipe

So I picked up a gorgeous hunk at the airport today .. of VENISON .. sheesh! Corey flew it to me all the way from Nelson, SI. Fresh killed and begging to be turned into something delicious. How do you cook yours?

I tend to be a bit dull with mine. Lashings of red wine, onions and veges ..cooked slowly til it melts in the mouth..

Got any better suggestions, if so please share!



  1. Soak it in milk all night and then cook it in whatever manner you like. Delicious!! And tell Corey HI for me.
