A Moroccan feast!

Assuming I don’t poison my “bring a plate” buddies tonight .. a few of us will be dining on the following lovely nosh:

Feta and onion “brouats” (filo with a gorgeously tart feta filling) for the starter..

Lamb tagine. Lamb, veges, tomatoes, spices .. lots of spices..
Vegetable tagine. Eggplant, kumara, onions, potatoes, garlic, ginger. And spices. Oh and chick peas.
Couscous. Groaning with orange zest, currant, caramelised kumara and ground black pepper.
Buckwheat salad (for the kid who’s not allowed couscous / carbs) this has gone to all new heights with a few changes I made today ..tastes SO good!

Ending with:

Almond and orange cake, served with mascapone.

And strong coffee. Hubba hubba!

HOW good does this sound?

I will type the recipes as fast as I can tomorrow or some time soon .. promise 🙂
